I am an independent lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 21070, as well as a registered mediator. My practice primarily focuses on contentious matters, particularly disputes within the construction industry, along with family and inheritance law. Prior to establishing my practice, I gained valuable experience in medium-sized law firms, where I was exposed to various fields, including the ones I specialise in now, as well as general practice such as criminal law. Additionally, I have practical experience in managing and securing family assets. During my studies, I repeatedly placed highly in academic writing competitions. Furthermore, I have completed internships in various legal professions.
Eva is a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 07600. Her journey in law began with corporate practice. With years of experience, she has worked extensively with clients in the construction, food and healthcare sectors. Eva specialises in representing clients in disputes over compensation for non-pecuniary damage, whether resulting from workplace accidents or negligence by medical facilities. She primarily focuses on general practice, representing clients in court, with a particular emphasis on real estate and family law matters.
Lilka is a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 03984. In her practice, she specialises in contract law, representing clients before courts, and family law. She is frequently appointed as a guardian in complex family cases. As an avid art collector, Lilka has extensive experience in copyright matters and has represented entities such as the National Film Archive. She is fluent in German and Spanish.
Radka is a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 11654. She previously worked as a paralegal alongside her colleagues Eva and Lilka, and after passing the bar exam, she continues to collaborate with them. In her practice, Radka handles criminal law matters alongside litigation. As a defence lawyer, she effectively represents clients in criminal cases and possesses experience advocating for damaged parties or victims of crimes in pursuing claims against perpetrators. Radka is fluent in English.
Antonín is a registered forensic expert in the Czech Republic, specialising in expert activity in economics, particularly in real estate prices and estimates. He provides expert opinions for companies, Land Register proceedings and court cases. Additionally, courts commission him to prepare review expert opinions. Antonín's expertise extends to assessing the value of houses, apartments or land, including agricultural fields. He is also capable of evaluating the rental value of these properties.
The basic hourly rate for our legal services is EUR 150 per hour.
In justified cases, we work for a reduced rate or for a fee determined based on the attorney's tariff, which calculates the fee according to tariff values. For disputed cases, we charge a reduced rate for familiarising ourselves with the case, recognising that the client must provide substantial input and effort to ensure we understand the details thoroughly.
